We admired how user-friendly the spyware removal software's interface was, with all essential features offered right on the welcome screen.

When we scanned our system in hopes of avoiding any nasty surprises, we appreciated the clear threat-level indicators for found items. However, we did notice two instances of the same malware pop up in separate scans, leaving us a little concerned.

What a deal. CA provides an excellent software program, but due to the lack of free support we can only give them 5.0 stars.

The beginner user will likely stay away from the advanced system tools settings, but otherwise the welcome screen is extremely detailed and straightforward.

Our team appreciated the newly added rootkit spyware protection feature, which should definitely clear up some nasty PC headaches. The price is good, anti-spyware features are powerful, and you can’t help but feel a little bit safer when you see the Counterspy icon in your system tray. When we came across the CyberDefender anti-spyware software product, we thought we'd give it a test run. It turned out to be very user-friendly, while still boasting common features as some of the 'bigger' names in spyware protection out there.

We really appreciated how CyberDefender provides a free version of their software product, although it contains ads. If you opt to skip the ads and purchase a 1-year license, it will cost you $29.99, which is pretty comparable to their competition's rates.

Star Reviews liked alot of features on this product, including the earlySCAM protection feature, which prevents you from entering malicious sites. While the early SPAM feature blocks potentially threatening emails, it doesn't completely ward off all spam emails. Customer support by way of telephone disappointed us some, as we were put on hold and disconnected. We didn't give up and called back, reaching a rep that answered our question, but wasn't overly friendly. Email support was speedy, but the response was very canned. Overall, they get 5.0 Stars!
